The Regional Science Academy organizes 3 events in the city of Cork, on the occasion of the 58th Congress of the European Regional Science Association (ERSA), involving more than 20 prominent regional scientists from all over the world.

Under the title of “The Entrepreneurial City”, an Advanced Brainstorming Carrefour will be the first event of this series, to be hold on the afternoon of August 27 (Monday) and the morning of August 28 (Tuesday) at the University College Cork.

On August 30 (Thursday) two other innovative events will be held. Between 16:30 and 18:00, a Special Session organised within the ERSA Congress will discuss “The New Geography of Happiness”, followed by and Elevator Pitch Festival, starting at 18:15 in a typical Irish pub and addressing the topic of “Urban Crisis and Urban Nostalgia”.

Detailed programs for all these events are available in the previous links.
